An executive board will be formed on april the 3rd 2012 that will govern all rules and regulations concerning the world class boxing council. A manual will be available to all registered coaches affiliated to the WCBC. One of the 1st amendments will be the guidlines concerning title bids and rankings. A boxer will have to earn their title shots by having a sucession of bouts and working their way up the rankings board before being given the chance of challenging for a title. any promoter found trying to make a title match without going through the matchmaker and having the incorrect ranked or non ranked contender contracted for the title fight will be declared void. A boxer that has a proven fight record outside of the WCBC could be granted an earlier shot at a title as long as they are licensed. A full guideline to this will be available in the 1st edition of the wcbc manual.
